Leigh Ann Tasillo

Leigh Ann Tasillo (she/her) is a Licensed Psychologist in both North and South Carolina. She completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Carolina State University. She then earned both her master’s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Washington, DC.

Leigh Ann has more than 15 years of experience working in a variety of mental health settings that include inpatient, residential, day treatment, and private practice settings. She recently returned to the Raleigh area after working in Clemson University’s student counseling center.

Leigh Ann uses an integrative treatment approach. She believes in meeting the individual where they are at the onset of treatment and working collaboratively with that individual to set and meet goals. Dr. Tasillo uses evidence-based treatment strategies to help individuals explore how their thought patterns, history, and feelings influence their behaviors and choices.

Leigh Ann works with adults of all ages and a variety of presenting issues in individual counseling. She has special interest in working with people experiencing depression and anxiety symptoms, law enforcement officers and other first responders, and those in the LGBTQIA+ population.
