Are you having suicidal thoughts?
If yes, please call/text The Hopeline at 877-235-4525 or The Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988.
If not, please move on to the next step below.

Select your county from the drop down menu.
Select the option that best fits your needs.
If a crisis center is not listed, call 988 or go to the nearest hospital.
