We are in-network with the following insurance carriers:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (all PPO, Blue Value, Blue Advantage, Blue Care HMO, Indemnity)

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield NC State Health Plan

  • Aetna

  • Ambetter of North Carolina

  • Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance

  • MedCost

While we are not in-network with all insurance companies, we will file claims on your behalf for any out-of-network benefits and request your insurance company to reimburse you directly for any eligible amounts according to your plan. As a courtesy, we offer this service to save you the hassle of having to submit bills yourself.

 

self-pay

If you do not have insurance, or choose not to use your insurance benefits, the following rates apply:

  • Initial Assessment (60 minutes): $185-$200 (depending on provider)

  • Follow-up Psychotherapy Session (55 minutes): $180-$190 (depending on provider)

  • Couples/Family Psychotherapy Session (60 minutes): $180

  • Psychotherapy Session w/graduate counseling intern (55 minutes): sliding scale from $0, no questions asked

 

groups

Groups normally run 90 minutes each for 5-10 weeks, depending on the topic. Generally rates are $25-60 each session, and are sometimes covered by insurance. Be sure to check with your insurance provider to ask if your plan covers group psychotherapy.

 

cancellation policy

Nour Counseling & Consulting, PLLC requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will incur a $75 fee charged to the credit card on file for the missed session.
